The daily price of the apartment is meant for 4 people (every further person pays an additional charge of € 16,00 - 20,00).
Only during low and off seasons we offer special prices for 2 -3 persons in the apartments.

The prices include
- WLAN Internet access

- linen and towels (weekly change), please bring your own dish towels

General conditions
- final cleaning € 60,00 (refuse collection charge included)

- On your day of arrival check in is from 4.00pm onwards, check out within 9.30am on your day of departure. (Upon agreement, the apartments can also be made available earlier, provided they are ready for occupancy)
- Cot on request: € 10,00 à day
- Use of the washing machine on request: € 5,00 per wash
- No pets allowed!
Payment/Cancellation
- Reservations are binding only after we have received a minimum deposit of € 200 on our bank account within 7 days after the provisional reservation. If the deposit is not paid within the stipulated period, we reserve for ourselves to hire the apartment to other guests.

- The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
We look forward to your visit and make a binding reservation for you. We therefore ask for your understanding that we will not refund the deposit should you have to cancel your booking.
In the last 30 days before your arrival we calculate 80% of the total amount, whereby the deposit can be offset.
Please inform us in time!
In case of late arrival or early departure: (regardless of the fact if the duration of stay was agreed orally or in writing) we calculate 100% of the booked period.
We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance to avoid unwelcome costs.
